1 Dec 2019 When headlights stop working, it's usually an electrical problem or an physical issue with the bulbs themselves. In order to get to the bottom of
If adjusting the switch doesn’t work, you may have a blown fuse or bad lightbulb. My wifes car had the rear lights go out and I sprayed in the emergency flasher switch and it worked fine. The high beam posistion is rarely used also like the emergency flasher switch.Might just work Magnaflow cat back, EBC sport rotors with red pads,Focus sport stress bar,Yokohama EVS tires, volant cai, screamin demon coil and wires. Hi folks, has anyone run into this before? My driver's low beam will not come on, but the rest of the lights work.
If this is the case, you should order one new bulb and one new ballast (using the links in this post) and replace the bad side and you should be good. This is the most common cause of a single high beam headlight not working, but isn’t common if both high beams aren’t working, because it’s highly unlikely that both bulbs would blow at the same time. Headlight bulbs have a limited lifespan — 450 to 1,000 hours — so they’ll eventually burn out. 02 of 09 A burned-out light bulb could also cause low-beam lights to malfunction. However, this usually means that the headlights will not work regardless of the dimmer switch setting. Turning on the headlights while facing a blank wall is the easiest way to tell if the bulbs are unable to work at any setting.
Chestnut Hill is adorable and Continental breakfast was a huge disappointment.

More electrical problems . Both dipped headlights have suddenly stopped working. Which is strange. All other lights fine. Is this a common fault
These lamps does not work for 12V and 24V. Don't assemble these in high or dipped beam.
So must be relay. Are these buyable items and how do I get one I want? Looking the Haynes wiring diagram it would say that the dipped light circut don't have a relay. Also the two dipped circuts come together before the light switch which would mean that the switch is ok due to the other dipped light is working. The only thing i can think it could be is a bad connections or the failure module issue.

Today i changed driver side headlight because motor was not working and in my country it's mandatory. So i changed it. But now in BOTH headlights dipped lights doesn't work at all! Fuses seems to be all ok. (checked from 6 to 15 in engine bay fuse box). Lights looks like good too, didn't see any blown up signs.
My dipped headlights are not working on my C4 1.6hdi. I have replaced the bulbs but still nothing. All of the other lights on the car work fine and so do all other electrics so im guessing its just the fuse. Re: Dipped lights not working and dash lights playing up Post by Stesaw » 09 Nov 2020, 00:27 I know this is a very daft question, but have you checked your bulbs in the headlights, or even the headlight connections on the outside of the van to make sure they are OK? The fuses in the box under the bonnet do control a part of the dipped beam circuit, but the same fuses run many other things and as it's only the dipped beam not working it's unlikely to be them. It does seem to be a bit of a coincidence that the lights have stopped working after the car has been worked on,but I'm bu#gered if I can see a link between the dipped beam and the aircon. Light switch wear / damage – the switch to the left of the steering column has three positions – off / on (side lights / Dim Dip / Dipped Beam). High / Low Beam is controlled by the multi-function stalk on the same side but higher up the column which also functions as the Direction Indicator and High Beam FLASH switch.
